Zapier
Put results into Google Sheets, Slack, BambooHR, JazzHR and thousands of other apps, with no code.
How it works
Zapier listens for our webhook and then does whatever you tell it: add a row, post a message, update a candidate. You need a Zapier account; the free plan is enough to start.
Set it up
- In Zapier, create a Zap. For the trigger choose Webhooks by Zapier, then Catch Hook, and copy the address it gives you.
- In your console, open Settings, Integrations, API & webhooks, paste that address and save.
- Press Send a test event. Back in Zapier, test the trigger: it shows Emily Carter's made-up result.
- Add the action you want, and match the fields: for example the candidate's name, role and percentage into columns of a Google Sheet.
- Turn the Zap on. Every finished candidate now arrives there within seconds.
Ideas
- A row per candidate in a shared Google Sheet for the hiring panel.
- A message in your hiring channel in Slack or Teams when someone finishes.
- A note on the candidate in an ATS we do not connect to directly, such as BambooHR or JazzHR.
