Start the assessment from an interview step in Ashby. The result comes back to the candidate.

How it works

Rolling out. This connection is being switched on one customer at a time. On the Growth or Scale plan, open Settings, Integrations in your console, choose it and ask us to connect it; we set it up with you, usually within a few working days. Until then, the CSV upload brings candidates in and the webhook sends results back.

  1. We give you a connection key for Ashby.
  2. In Ashby's admin, open Integrations, find Trial Day and paste the key.
  3. Add a Trial Day assessment step to the job and choose the Trial Day role it uses.
  4. Move a candidate to that step and the assessment is sent.
  5. The result comes back to the candidate's profile in Ashby, with a link to the report.

You do. The result informs the decision; your team makes it in Ashby.
