About paying

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Three assessments free for ten days, with everything Starter includes. No card.

What counts as an assessment?

Every link you send, including sittings by your own team when you benchmark them. A link nobody opens before it expires gives the assessment back.

How long does a pack last?

Twelve months from the day you buy it. Nothing renews or is charged again unless you buy another pack.

What if we run out?

Top up in blocks of five at your plan's own rate, or move to a bigger plan and pay only the difference between the two.

Do you charge per user?

No. Invite as many colleagues as you like, as admins, members or viewers.

Can we get a refund?

Within thirty days of buying a pack: in full if you have used five of its assessments or fewer, otherwise for the ones you have not used. No reason needed.

How do we pay?

Choose a pack in your console, or write to us. We send an invoice and a secure payment link, by card or bank transfer, in US dollars.
