Greenhouse
Send the assessment from a stage in Greenhouse. The result and the report land on the candidate's profile, so your team never leaves Greenhouse.
How it works
Rolling out. This connection is being switched on one customer at a time. On the Growth or Scale plan, open Settings, Integrations in your console, choose it and ask us to connect it; we set it up with you, usually within a few working days. Until then, the CSV upload brings candidates in and the webhook sends results back.
- We give you a connection key for Greenhouse.
- You send the key to Greenhouse support, who switch Trial Day on for your account.
- In a job's interview plan, add a Trial Day stage and choose which Trial Day role it uses.
- On a candidate in that stage, click Send Test. They get the link from you, as usual.
- When they finish, the result and a link to the full report appear in the candidate's interview kit.
Who does what
You need to be a Greenhouse admin to add the stage. Nobody needs a separate Trial Day login to read the result in Greenhouse; the full report opens from the link.
What moves the candidate on
You do. Trial Day reports the result; the decision to advance or reject stays with your team in Greenhouse. We never move a candidate between stages ourselves.
