Install Trial Day from the SmartRecruiters marketplace and add it to a hiring step.

How it works

Rolling out. This connection is being switched on one customer at a time. On the Growth or Scale plan, open Settings, Integrations in your console, choose it and ask us to connect it; we set it up with you, usually within a few working days. Until then, the CSV upload brings candidates in and the webhook sends results back.

  1. Install Trial Day from the SmartRecruiters marketplace.
  2. Your account is connected automatically as part of installing it.
  3. Add the Trial Day assessment to a hiring step of the job and choose the Trial Day role.
  4. Candidates at that step are sent the assessment.
  5. Results come back to the candidate in SmartRecruiters, with a link to the report.
